How should I hydrate my hair and get it in great shape before I dye it?
Basically I just highlighted my hair and absolutely hate it. I plan to wait at least 2 weeks to a month before I dye it over in 1 color. Basically I just wanted to know some things I should do to try and get my hair back in shape.
This is the first time I have dyed my hair in years so it is pretty healthy. I already started using color treated formulated shampoo & conditioner. i take a hair/skin/nails vitamin with every meal.
What else can I do to help prevent damage?
Use a V05 hot oil treatment. It works wonders.
